REQUIREMENTS FOR A
LEMON LAW CASE
1. New Vehicle purchased from dealer within the last 24 months &
2. Vehicle is still covered under the warranty &
3. You have attempted to repair the same issue at least 3 times without resolution &
4. The Vehicle has been out of service for 30 days or more due to the repairs at a dealership or an authorized service center.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A LEMON LAW CASE IS PRESENTED
If all the requirements are made and after the three failed attempts, the Manufacturer has one last chance for reasonable attempt to repair the vehicle. If all the attempts are failed manufacturer is responsible for refunding you or replacing the
defective vehicle. If manufacture fails they are exposed to litigation
that you can commence against them.
